Shipping and Returns
Delivery & Shipment
Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days.
Most International shipments are sent from our warehouse in Istanbul.
Clients placing their orders authorise Risale Press to designate a carrier to act, as is appropriate depending on the applicable customs procedure, as your direct or indirect representative/agent, before the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, for the purpose of clearing for importing merchandise as well as processing and remitting customs duties and any other tax levied at the time of importation.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns within 15 days of receipt. If you wish to return an order please email Risale Press directly at reader@risalepress.com. Books must be sent back in a condition without any damage or harm done to it. Postage and Shipment fees will be paid by the buyer. Instructions about where to send the book for inspection and processing will be given in the email.
